CAKE BAKING PROCESS

                  CAKE MAKING AND DRESSING

200g flour(2cups)
2tablespoon baking powder
10g margarine (8level tablespoons or 1/4 cup)

2 fresh eggs

3 drops of vanilla essence tablespoon of nutmeg

4 tablespoon milk or 1/2 cup

2mix fruit taste

3 drops of hot  drink or ginger powder

Bake for 45 minutes


Or 

800g of flour (8 cups)

500g of sugar

500g of butter

10 fresh egg

8 tablespoons of baking powder

1 tin of milk 

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence


5 tablespoon of nutmeg

Mix fruit to taste

5 teaspoon of hot drink or ginger powder


                               METHODS

1 Cream margarine and sugar.

2. Add the well whisk beaten egg  and milk together with the flour mixed with baking powder.
3.  Mix to a soft  dropping consistency.

4  Add the flavouring and nutmeg and fruits and stir all together very well.

5.  Pour into well greased tins and bake in the electric oven or local oven for at list 45 minutes.

    THE DESIGNING OF CAKE(queen)

1.  2packed of icing sugar and 3 egg white and not the yoke, then add colour of your choice.

2.  Mix the three eggs white and the icing sugar together and put in pump and press for designing the cake. If you want also add colour  if the mixture is watering add cream of tartar to adding it.
